Wow the new Mario Kart Wii tournament in DK Mountain was awesome especailly that the bridge was replaced with mushroom's.Although I'm not use to the Wii wheel I used it lot's of time's before but now the Nunchuck was easier for me.

Count me out of this DK Mountain/Wii wheel tourney. I don't like the DK mountain track and I can't use the Wii wheel. Wiimote/Nunchuck all the way!

It says its wii wheel only. Does this just mean that you cant use the gamecube controller? I had been racing recently without the wheel (just the wiimote) and saw no way to change to just wii mote. Is that ok too or do you actually HAVE to have the Wiimote in the Wiiwheel for this race?

@HP3: Sure you can get to goal even with a wii wheel. Remember that 4 points is better than 0.

Every tournament/competition lasts about 10 days. Before time´s up you need to post your best time within the game, not here. You get the option to send your best time everytime you go over the finish line.
Your and everybody else´s scores show up in the Rankings page within MarioKartChannel. I add all competitors results for current tournament/competition and sum up our scores for the cup in post 2 The January/February copetitions Cup concists of tournaments/competitions January 1 and 2 and February 1 and 2.
Due to the slow update of the Rankings in MarioKartChannel people tend to post their times here as well. It´s the time that show up in rankings though that counts.

@LTG: Due to the crappy 30 friend limit, I too deleted you. :/ I did it a couple of days before you reappeared recently, typical eh. ;D

@HP3: What?! Don't be a loser, just get that wheel, post a time, and you're done.

I'll work through all the new codes this evening when I have another attempt. Provisional time of 47 seconds at the moment. It's a fun one.

Arg, this tourney is kinda aggrivating. DK Mountain's bumpy terrain combined with my terrible use of the wheel keeps screwing me up. I'm sticking to auto for this with good acceleration vehicles. My time is around 47 or 48 seconds. I'll try again Monday. In the mean time, I'll practice using the wheel on vs matches.
