I just looked at a mature rating and it does say why it's rated mature.
See? That's what I'm talkin' about, LTG... A parent might get an M game for a kid on the borderline thinking it's ok, then when they hear the video game equivalent of Eddie Murphy "Raw" coming from the kid's room they'll be like, whaaaaaaaaat?
*Perhaps so. But if if there were no more mature games for the Wii,then except shovelware to reign. For example,I'm afraid that It's My Birthday will sell better then MadWorld. I hope I'm wrong.* - SOnic

IGN: The holiday Wii lineup looks thin for the hardcore crowd. We see this. Gamers see this. What, if anything, is Nintendo planning to address it?
Oh good, I am neither a gamer or hardcore. Saves me from having to be IGNorant. Right, Down, A, Down, Right, Up
@KrazyKain - So..What would you consider the difference is between mature casual and a mature hardcore game?
Casual or Hardcore: The difference lies in how many hours you are required to put into the game and how 'involved' you need to get. If its a game that requires intense practice to make progress (megaman) or for you to get heavily involved in the story or game world (rpgs) or even simply train to compete with other players, its hardcore.
think about it this way.. peggle is casual.. if they replaced all the parts with tits and skulls would it turn hardcore? no its still casual, its just mature now (adult would be more appropriate because its rather immature to be fair.

Eugene, which one of your orifices do you pull this crap from? And more importantly, why the hell would you even try to use SuperSonic's words against me? If you're trying to start a beef between him and me, it's not happening. I'm not railing against anything but the counterintuitiveness of the term "mature" to describe certain video games. I'm good with whatever kind of game the market will support, whatever its content. The only shovel on this thread is the one in your hands.
