Check out my list of Kirby games that I want on the collection at my signature.

It's a long stretch I know, The classic Kirby games that I didn't put on the list is because some are easily available at the Virtual Console service for both Wii and 3DS. It's great to have at least one Kirby game that is not on the service to be in the collection.

I wonder if Nintendo will update the graphics to some of the older titles like Kirby's Adventure if they get on the collection. Most likely not but I would be cool.

@iPancakez, I agree. At least polish it up a bit, I'd like the games to keep there original graphic styles but also be improved to better suit the Wii.

I'm hoping for a soundtrack of some of the best Kirby music from each game.

I don't know if this has even been confirmed for release outside Japan.
I'd say Adventure, Dream Land 3, SuperStar and Kirby 64 are likely since they're on Virtual Console already, so it would follow SMAS by essentially just putting the VC releases on a disc. :P
Dream Course and Super Star Stackers (Kirakira Kids) would be cool, but I suppose less likely.

I don't know about the likelihood of Avalanche because it's a ROM hack of Super Puyo-Puyo.

Just announced that the game's final name is Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition and will release in September. Who wants to bet it will include Kirby's Adventure, Dream Land, Dream Land 2, and Dream Land 3

Well, we still don't know which games will be on the disc, but now it has an official name and a (less vague) release date: Kirby's Dream Collection: Special Edition, which will be on store shelves sometime this September.

Kirby's a lot older than 20 if you watched the anime... Supposedly 200 in the anime, which Sakurai worked closely with the studio to work on the anime...

It didn't stop Sega from putting Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine in Sonic Mega Collection.

Ash: Professor Oak, how's your Bulbasaur?
Prof. Oak: Oh, it only hurts when I sit.

Prof. Oak: It's only Chansey if Krabby won't let go. Bye, now.

I watched the anime and they say Kirby is a baby alien.
Isn't Meta Knight the 200 year old one?

Of course everything is possible in the universe, and maybe the Kirby race is considered still a baby with 200 years. But that won't make sense. And I don't care that much anyway. 200 years seems impossible though for Kirby. In 200 years he should have at least learned to speak, like Meta Knight.
