Just got a Wii mini, and before anyone jumps on me I need to say that it's not my main console so internet capability doesn't matter to me. Anyways I wanted good games to play with my friends, and would appreciate if anyone could suggest new/old titles to me? Also, I'm a big fan of Zelda/Mario/DK so if anyone could let me know good games from each character, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Wow, that was great thanks. Out of curiosity, if you were to buy one from each Mario/Zelda/DK, which one would you buy?

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Super Mario Galaxy 1 or 2 (you can't go wrong with either) & Donkey Kong Country: Returns.

I like the Wii Mini it's cute!

The other Mario games that are a blast in multiplayer are the Mario Party games, and New Play Control Mario Power Tennis might be worth getting too. I don't own it so I can't say what the controls are like but I love the original Gamecube version especially when playing multiplayer!

Skyward Sword is much better than Twilight Princess on Wii. Please don't play Twilight Princess your first time on the Wii. You could hate it like I did. I felt like it would have been better with the Gamecube controller.

Skyward Sword is overall a much better game anyway.

Mario Kart Wii, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Party 8, Kirby's Return to Dreamland, should all be good for multiplayer.

Also, if you plan on getting Twilight Princess, I'd play it first on Wii, As I actually prefer it on the Wii and I prefer it to Skyward Sword. I think it's a better game overall. But that's just my opinion, not fact of course.

Nothing wrong with getting the Wii Mini. I'm just going to throw some more suggestions out to you of titles to look into.
Kirby's Epic Yarn, Red Steel 2, Metroid Prime 3, No More Heroes 1 and 2, Okami (especially since you like Zelda), Lost in Shadow, Dead Space: Extraction, Punch Out, De Blob and Epic Mickey.

Everyone has their own opinion in Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. They're both worth checking out. Though I liked Skyward Sword better. Twilight Princess is much better on Gamecube. You can pick up a copy for Twilight Princess on Wii fairly cheaply now nonetheless.

Get Sin and Punishment especially if you are in a PAL region. (Some guy is selling them on Ebay new and sealed for £6 ridiculous.)

Probably get it anyway.

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed : One of the greatest uses of motion control and has the local multiplayer you are interested in.

Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings : another game that uses motion control, maybe too much, not always perfect, but despite negative reviews, this is actually a very enjoyable game - a real third person adventure game with an impressive story, and you get Atlantis which is great to play on the Wii, AND has fun mutiplayer.
