Hi guys,
new to the forum and I am sorry if I am posting in the wrong section. Anyways, I recently got my first WII the other day. I picked it up on eBay with all the extras and cables as well as 2 controllers. So anyways, the main reason is so I could play my Nintendo Game Cube games again. So my question is, how would I record some game play footage of it with my HDTV? I have a old school "Dazzle DVC100" I think it is, with all the right cables too. The guy sold the Nintendo WII with the component cables as well, so I
can hook it up no problem with my TV. However, the cables are different colors (green, blue & red) so I'm not sure how'd I go about that. Any tips would be great.
Thanks!

The Dazzle is designed for COMPOSITE cables (red, yellow and white). So you need those (and would only be able to record in SD (the Dazzle is a PC device, so you would actually record on PC.)

Also, I don't know if they fixed it on newer OSes, but it is pretty well-known the Dazzle has a major bug where the WinXP audio association with the Dazzle gets corrupted and seems almost impossible to fix short of having to remove and reinstall the drivers. I heard of some apps to correct that, but did not have luck with them. Too bad, when the audio capture works right it was an alright device for its price.
