I still play the first once in a long while. I think I threw Conduit 2 away? Awful sequel.

The first is very good. You can pick it up online for about 7 used. Avoid the second. It's baddddd and will cost you significantly more.

What is it that is so wrong about the second? I've been interested in the game but I'd rather buy both than just one. What's wrong with it so I definitely do not make a purchase I could regret?

I have played the first two levels for free on the Android version with a controller hooked-up and touch-screen. Seemed generic and boring really. I'm sure the Wii version is better, but if I ever wanted to play a standard FPS I would probably buy something else.

HVS doesn`t have a single creative bone in their body, their lame talent lies in making polished visuals, pretty lighting and impressive bump bapping. All you`ll get are bland, forgettable and generic titles with polished visuals....Almost aken to shinen, except shinen makes better games, but the games they make are just about as uninspired and bland as the crap HVS dishes out, but they`re always getting praised for some odd ball reason.

It has a ton of glitches

I never played the first one but i have played the second one. The second game was great, the weapon design is pretty creative. I.e. there's a weapon that when fired you can control with the wii remote and/or classic controller and a gun which can go through walls if you can properly lock-on to your enemies, a bunch of pop culture/video game references an enjoyable enough campaign which you find more weapons and upgrades which you can use in the campaign and multiplayer and a bunch of multiplayer modes. It's just that some of the Ai can be a bit dumb, bit glitchy, the campaign'll finish a bit abruptly with a cliff-hanger and the online service is a bit empty.
I recommend picking the 2nd one up at a bargain oh and go online once before playing.

OK. No buy.

Yeah, it was alright. It wasn't anything exciting or new, but it was entertaining enough to me to play through at least once. For some reason I never considered picking up the sequel despite it looking like High Voltage software understood and iterated upon the problems of the first game.

Got the first one for about £9 and I must admit I had a kot of fun with it,game was decent, and online was fun.The sequel is massive pile of ship and not worth touching,it's glitchy as hell, and the online is emptier than Mc Donalds on Christmas day.

It's an alright game, kind of mediocre.

@Jaz007 Yeah, haha. That's why it's funny. We Nintendo fans all thought it would revolutionize the third-party scene and inspire developers to try and not make shovel ware...obviously that didn't happen.

Also remember that you can freely customise your Hud Placement to your liking? I wish more games would have stuff like this.

It should have set the standard for controller customization in all games too.
