A great update for guilty gear accent core with a new story and mission modes. I don't know if the motion control will be fixed but with a classic controller this game may be the best fighting game on Wii alongside Samurai Showdown II. Anyone else is looking forward to this

I am.

With no 360 or PS3 right now, I can't really be looking forward to BlazBlue, so I'm going with the next best thing.

But the Wii can play Soul Calibur II, and Melee...

I haven't played Guilty Gear, I'd like to but I'm terrible at 2D fighting games, they're so unintuitive :(
Oh and the lack of a focused single-player mode makes them less interesting to learn.

yes Soul Calibur II, Melee and Brawl are great. 2d fighting games are scarce and Guilty Gear is truly an excellent game series. It is intuitive but really hard to master. In fact I dind't master it. Guilty Gear accent core plus offers more modes for the single player experience like the story mode and mission mode.

The Guilty gear series win me over with it's anime, rock and heavy metal influences

Amen to that.

Soul Calibur II is amazing!

And I'm not even a huge fan of the genre. So you could say I'm not really a fighter...

It's a great game but Soul Calibur for the dreamcast is the best installment in the series I've played and I've tried Soul Edge to Soul Calibur 4. However, The only one I've owned was Soul Calibur 3 and it's one of the worst in my opinion

It's hard to get excited when there's still no definite release date for European territories. Either way, the majority of you would be better off just buying the current revision anyway, it's quite cheap and the differences will be negligible.

I've wanted to play Guilty Gear for a long time. I never got the other Wii game, so I'm happy now.

I'm still not sure if I'll get the Wii one or the PSP one...Wait, does it even have 'Cube controller support? I don't have a Classic Controller...

Yes, Guilty Gear XX AC has Game Cube controller support and it works good. I Suppose that GG XX AC Plus will have it.
