With the Wii U already in some of our homes, it is now or never if you want to say goodbye to the first Wii.

I was a friend of the Wii. The Wii taught me, that when you throw your controller, you pay for it.

I'm far from through with the Wii. I'm probably not going to be buying a Wii U until two to three years from now, and there's still plenty of Wii games that I haven't even played yet. It may be considered ''old'' now, but it still has plenty of use for me until I actually do buy a Wii U.

I'm buying a Wii U on launch, but i'm not planning to stop playing my Wii because of the Wii U.

Once I have made the system transfer, mine will join my Cube, too, on the shelf of a Gamestop likely never to be bought. It will be an emotional and not exactly profitable day.

I've got 10 more Wii games to play in my collection, and 25 more on the 'to get list' I'm far from done!
It's going to be a blend of the Wii U & Wii for a couple or so more years to come.

I still have many games to play/get/finish. I'm far from done with it.

My Gamecube 2.0 is not going anywhere

I won't be buying a Wii U until I finish my Gamecube games.

My Wii ain't dying yet, thanks to its fancy GCN ports.

Oh wait, I haven't touched my Wii in three months, and have played all my other systems before that, including the GCN

My wii died last night before the transfer, but I managed to revive it just in time to transfer everything, then it's died died... ;(

Probably because I don't have a Gamecube power cable cuz lightning made it dead. So now i'll just use it for Gamecube games.

My Wii will definitely see less use when I get my U, but it will still come out whenever I want to play Brawl with my friends (GC controller is the only way I'd ever play that game) or GameCube games

While I likely will not be getting a Wii U until next year, I will not be selling my Wii off immediately. I still have to have something on which to play GameCube games.

I packaged mine away a long time ago. And then I dragged it out to prove to some of you that I played that mediocre Wario game.

And then I packaged it away again.
