Just got it in the mail today, glove and all. I was mildly surprised to see the glove come bearing a disclaimer to not use it during gameplay, but to crap with that I said and popped it on anyway. Turns out that was really good advice because holding a firm grip on the Remote with a plastic-diamond-studded glove is tricky business.

So far it's pretty good: basically Just Dance 2 with only MJ songs, which is pretty much what was expected. There are some instructional videos and such to learn how to do the moves properly, but that's about it for extras, which is pretty disappointing considering this is supposed to be "The Experience."

Upon learning there was no way to watch the Smooth Criminal video in the game, the spirit of MJ through the glove facepalmed.

Oh, I did, just then it doesn't match up with the on-screen dancer who has the glove in the Remote hand.

I see this commercial every now and then between the excessive Just Dance commercials. Im sure it will be fun for Michael Jackson fans, but I was hoping for a moonwalking adventure to save little children from kidnappers. Darn.

I've just got my review copy from Ubisoft and have to say it's pretty good. It's pretty, pretty aamzing trying to dance like the king of pop. Really a game Jacko deserved it (althought Moonwalker was pretty decent aside what AVGN says, it's pretty enjoyable).

Now im thinking in try Just Dance 2 if i see it in a used games sectioins or in a bargain sale.

@Jon: Try not to fall on your face when you're doing the Smooth Criminal routine. When you try it, you'll know what I'm talking about.

That was the first song I did. I just kinda laughed out loud when that happened and went "hell no."

I saw the DS and PSP versions available for purchase today. I'm seriously considering purchasing one or both. The DS version's gameplay looks exactly like Osu! Tatake! Ouendan/Elite Beat Agents/Looney Toons: Cartoon Conductor. I've only seen screenshots of the PSP version so far, might have to wait for someone to review it. If they can pull it off, this could be a killer app for Kinect, not that I have one, I'm just sayin.

I don't dig the in game model, but yea, thinking about getting it.

Tons of the routines require spins and twirls of some sort; Heal the World's spin move always makes me smile because it's like you're a peace torpedo flying high into the sky.

I'm actually quite intrigued. And my girlfriend would go freaking crazy about it. The glove alone seems worth the price of admission... (but my down-stairs neighbors might come suffocate me in my sleep after all the stomping and whatnot)
BTW: That Moonwalker gameplay clip is pretty amazing. I'd seen parts of the game in action before, but never that much. Choreographed Group Dance Attack! Oh, M.J. And now I'm sad....
