Just wondering if Nintendo will ever make a system that can download content for the Wii. We have already missed out on 2 different map packs for Call of Duty World at War, and now Activision is coming out with a new map pack for Call of Duty Black Ops. Being an avid player of these two games I am beginning to wonder if I shouldnt go out and buy a PS3

@jlwolfl Activision and other big companies like them only care about 360 and PS3. They don't really care about the Wii for no reason other than to print money. Some companies like EA have, although, supported DLC on Wii with Rock Band and Guitar Hero. but still, I doubt there will be any map packs for COD on Wii At least maybe until the Wii2 comes out with it's new DLC service, Wii Get Your Money

Well first they have to release a bigger hard drive for the Wii and actually make games that support downloadable content, so I wouldn't hold my breath on that one

While it would certainly make sense for Nintendo's next home console to feature more internal memory and more support for expansion packs, the bottom line is that we have no idea what they'll choose to do.

Since it seems you were attempting to spark a Wii vs. PS3 discussion, however, here's what happened the last time. Sorry, man. If you'd really like to gather up information for an impending PS3 purchase, feel free to ask your questions in the NL PS3 Fan Thread. :3
