Topic: Do you own tiger woods 10 on wii?

If yes, how good is it, is it good for people who arent in love with golf, and what is your overall assessment on the game. I did read the review but i want a few more opinions before buying it.

No, I don't own the game. I played the golf game on SNK Arcade Classics and actually started to enjoy it despite being immensely crap at it. I don't know if I'd want to buy a game dedicated to golf though...

The Game is just amazing, with that Wii Motion Plus addon makes this the best and the greatest Gold experience you will ever have. I highly Recommend this game to anyone who loves the sport or even if you dont like the sport i still Recommend it.

This game is amazing, it really shows how much better Wii Motion Plus is. I would say if you are thinking about buying this, then you should go ahead and do so. I doubt you'll be disappointed.

Woah, so I played it last night, 18 holes of golf, and 18 holes of discs. I like to consider myself good at Tiger wii-ness, but this was a complete education and I loved every second. Getting used to the draw/fade is gonna take forever, and at least this time though when it spoons into the tree's, there's no-one to blame except yourself. Also, precision putting is beautiful, no more jerky scares, just a smooth tap into the hole.
Disc-golf btw is probably the best 'add-on' EVER. It gives you a real chance to see the Motion+ at work, as you angle your shots about the fairway. I sucked at both modes at first, but was flying 4 or 5 holes in. Even got my 1st motion+ hole-in-one, which felt even better than usual. I am a fan.

This game is tons of fun. Finally, a great golf game for the Wii. The greens are hard to read, and the single player mode is as tough as a two dollar steak, but these are very minor gripes. It'll be a long time before EA can top this one!

Hmmm, is disc golf really that amazing? i always hear it is but can never really imagine it being great. Also is ur comment a comment from a person who plays a lot of golf or is a big fan of the actual sport?

i hate golf as a sport but i like tiger woods 10 on the wii. disc gold is ok it really did not win me over but its a welcome feature at the same time as it just adds a little more depth to the game. theres also downloadable content you can pay for , new suits that will maximize your golfers settings. overall its a good game.

@DaDun I'm not what you'd call a golf fan or player, that's something I'm saving for later in life

I've maybe had about 6 rounds of golf in my life and hit a few bucket's, I do watch the major tournaments but that's more to do with my addiction to sport in general. What's impressed me about Tiger10 is it's not about your understanding of the game mechanics anymore (in 08&09 you had to kinda contort your body to enable a punch rather than a swing), now it's purely about how smooth and straight you can swing your virtual club, it has a more natural feel and I'm sure I'm not gonna hurt as much as I did when playing the previous versions (after a couple of rounds, it'd set in). And disc-golf btw is a really nice distraction, you can play it on any of the courses and it feels super smooth.
What I bought the game for though and what I'm gonna be training myself toward... playing against the pro's! Cannot wait to have a crack at that, watchin' the pro's on telly while i compete with them in near real-time, and with no game aids what so ever. Awesome!

I'm not saying 'go out and buy it now', but if you like golf games, this is THE ONE. I can safely say I won't be buying the next Tiger, and I don't think I've ever been able to say that, although... if they include balance board support in T11 I may have to get the wallet out, again.
