Which are we getting i've seen 3 different box arts one with ASE one with mr. ford holding a gun & ASE which are we getting?

I've got that special edition pre-ordered http://wii.nintendolife.com/news/2009/05/the_conduit_special_... and I'm glad cos the box-art's not the best.
