Call of duty modern warfare reflex... im new to the game... any tips?

The Zapper layout is pretty bad. If you chose to use it, don't forget to re-configure it. Also, you may adjust the turning speed, which may help you to play the game. Finally, don't be impressed by the weak rendering of the ocean during the first mission. This is the lowest point of the graphical representation. Overall, the game looks pretty good.

Try making a custom reticle, the default one can be hard to see in some levels.
