Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but is there any way to adjust the slight sluggishness when moving? I feel like it takes a second between moving the stick and actually going in the direction I want. It's pretty annoying and makes the game feel stupidly tank-like. I've got my run speed maxxxxxed out, but there's still this stupid delay.
I think u need to adjust ur dead zone, that means if you move your wiimote to the side of the screen, you can either set it to make u turn earlier earlier, or later depending on how far u set the range to be. Sounds weird, lemme say it this way too. setting the deadzone means ur telling ur game if i go this far over on the screen, i want to turn around, not move left or right.

There seems to be a slight delay from when I push forward on the analog stick to when my character actually moves. It's like he accelerates way too slowly.
hmmmm...i say search around in the options menu cuz to me my character always moves if i move in one direction, blockhead cud be right too, the nunchuck may not be responding properly as well

I know what you're talking about. There is a slight delay for me as well, but I noticed the delay increases as you increase the run speed. I think its there actually to act as a balance, or a downside for higher run speeds. You get more control the slower you move. I wasn't used to it at first either but I'm getting there.
