Topic: Camera Controls in Banana Blitz (Wii)?

I've recently started playing the original out of curiosity, and I've been enjoying it so far, but I'm very confused as far as camera control goes. According to Wikipedia and a few other places I've seen, you're able to control the camera using the nunchuk's analog stick. But for me, no matter how much I move the stick, press the buttons, or flail the thing, the camera stays put. Is there anything I'm missing? Are the camera controls just a myth? Is it possible it's because I'm playing on a Wii U? Any help or explanation would be greatly appreciated.
