Looks like we will be getting a port of the Classic shooter realesed in 2007 for the Xbox360 and PS3.

i dont know about you but by god almighty i am excited!
CoD WAW on Wii was absoutly perfection IMO.

I never played MW on 360 before so this game TO ME is brand new.
Lets hope for some Wiispeak and online play action(very very likely)

World at War was good on Wii? I only barely liked it on PS3, at least in comparison with Modern Warfare.

So...how can this game be called 'Modern' when it will already be 2 years old when it comes to the Wii? I liked World at War on the Wii over 360 (controls) but I'll be getting Modern Warfare 2 on the 360 instead...

I guess a watered down port is better than no port at all. Judging by the Wii track record the online portion (one of the best parts of MW) is going to be pretty lacking.

these are the same guys who brought us CoD-WAW's Online and believe me....it may not be perfect but it is one of my most played games and my most fav Wifi game on Wii.

Hell....the conduit came out and YET i still see thousands of people play WAW on Wii.

Also guys.....be THANKFUL we're actually getting a Wii game this november along side MW2.

Yeah cuz i can guareentee if we didn't most people here would be moaning and complaning "oh why aren't we getting a game...why does ps3 and 360 get all the games??...."

Is "Why does PS3 and 360 get all the games that aren't two years old already?" actually that much better of a complaint?

I wasn't going to complain about no games for the holiday...New Super Mario Bros Wii will get those dollars...I'm just curious as to how much effort this port will get. It's being taken from the original studio who created the superior COD and given to the studio that already made a good COD but definitely not Modern Warfare...for those without either of the other systems, this is great, doesn't really sway those with multiple systems, though...still setting the cash aside for NSMB.

It's ok! But be warned, I may shoot you in Modern Warfare Wii instead, hopefully.

But they did a good job with WAW to be honest...

its really cool online and theres alot of people always online and playing it.....

Also if you own CoD4 on 360/Ps3.....avoid this.....trust me....theres really no point buying the Wii version.

@Sean007: Let me tell you, CoD4 is fantastic, ones of the best games ever IMO. But the thing is, this version being edited by Treyarch. The guys who made us-CoD-fans-pretend-it-doesnt-exist CoD3 and the -most-broken-FPS-ever CoD: WaW. Everything they touch turns to suck.

MW is phenominal though, and I'm happy for Wii-only people to finally play the game should it be intact, but I'll stick to the superior 360/PS3 version thank you very much.

ummm i quite enjoyed the hell out of it and saw no complaints.

@Sean007: SMGs are overpowered. Spawn system sucks. Glitches. Host system. Lag.

When you get good at a FPS, you notice it's flaws. Both CoD4 and CoD: Waw have loads of em', but WaW's are much more significant.
