Topic: Black screen on startup. (Wii)

Hi, When I recently watched a few video's of some nintendo games and thought i'd bring my old wii up and play it again. But I can't seem to make it work. Everytime I start it it has a blackscreen, there's no sound and no picture. I've checked the cable and changed port multiple time's. and yes.... i've even tried hitting it a few times. (but not to hard)
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Assuming the power button's led is lit, have you tried holding the Reset button for two seconds? How are you attaching it to your TV?

Check it's all lit up and the TV is on (I know)
Change the TV to Wii cable and power if you have one

Also try removing the SD card if you have one and load it up (you can put it back when it's on the menu
