I hope so too, but then again, that would probably take up A LOT of space on an SD card. It might not be possible.

with the wii version let you talk to the random people you play with and possibly add them as friends? if not i'm going with the ps3 version.

You can talk to anyone else who has a headset and can also hear anyone (regardless if you're friends with them or not). You have the option to become friends with anyone you have played with, just send them a request or put in an Ally Code if you haven't yet played with them. There's also a Text Messaging feature so you can communicate with your friends even without a headset (but not during a match).

why would that take much space???
the ps3 with al ist map packs on world at war took about 5gb free space
thats than 3 zombie maps and 9 multiplayer maps or so

So what are the control schemes for the Wii version do they have different control types like GoldenEye or is it that you can only use the Wiiremote and Nunchuk?

Well, maybe it wouldn't take up as much space as I thought. I just figured that it would because of the nature of the content and the fact that the Wii doesn't have a huge hard-drive like the PS3 or 360, so the data might be hard to deal with. Then again, SD cards can hold a lot of stuff, so disregard what I said before.

@Tasuki: The available control methods are basically the same as Goldeneye, except you can't use the GC controller on Black Ops. The Zapper and Classic Controller Pro are both compatible with the game, along with the standard Wiimote/nunchuck setup.

Ok well thats good to know personally I like the CC cause I do like the dual analog control but recently with GoldenEye I have been trying the Wiimote/nunchuk. That way I can keep practicing with the Wiimote scheme and when my hands start to cramp I can switch to the CC.

Cramps? It's all about having you hands rested in you lap while your play, or have something else to support your hands. And if you found a good relaxing position, then adjust the pointer and movement options in the game to support that position.
This is the simple secret behind the Wii FPS controls. Then you avoid cramps. At least I do. Or maybe I do, because I don't have the time to play several hours in a row. Could also be ?

Alot of people have told me that since I brought up the topic of cramps lol. Next time I play GoldenEye I am going to have to try and hold it that way.

I have played the PC version, the story is great, but is too much, I mean too much people shooting at the same time, rarely you will found a peace place . Anyway it is good, oh and, Ive found like 5 tipes of AK47, and really don't see the big difference

is the game on wii only framedrops in campaing or also in the multiplayer,
can you coop the campain?

@nr.09: I've only noticed framerate issues during the campaign, and they don't happen too often. The multiplayer, however, runs very smooth, and I haven't noticed any frame-drops while playing it.

Unfortunately, you can't play through the campaign in co-op.

The game is good, but there are some part that are really boring, I mean, the battle in Vietnam, it was soo F*CKING boring, there were like thousand of enemys and come on dude, yeah the game is, I will say fine. Not very good, not very bad, it has it exiting moment, and it really boring and stupid moment, I also need to watch the f*cking intro before EVERY game, and that is really annoying. Im sure there are better FPS, both on Wii, PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

Anyways I haven't played the multiplayer or zombie modes yet, so that was just about the solo-mode.

I also found that the game is too linear, your always following everyone or going to a maked plae. And sometime if you just don't follow the guy your supossed to, or take advantage of him you just lose the mision. Sometime the game is more like a race rather than a shooter, go here, go there. The game really lack that Adventure feeling, to explore the things and you know. And thee is almost no strategy in shooting, so yes lets go and kill the dudes, because you always got friends, they do the work, so when you want to go a melee a guy, it is already dead not cool.

Yeah, that video has already popped up on this site at least once. I know some people claim it means the game simply plays itself, but you get out of games what you put into them. For example, with the cape in Super Mario World you can skip pretty much 25% of the levels or more by simply flying over them, but what does that prove?

Arigner

Yes, but here there is a difference: the cape is a tool you can use or not, and you need timing to get over a map entirely, here, without shooting the entire time, unless obligatory things that have to be exploded, he can just walk and run cause the game do it itself. Would you be able to play Super Mario World without jumping? So how can you play a FPS without Firing?

My point is that there are plenty of games where you can completely avoid the enemies (or as many as possible) and rush straight through, which is really no different that what happens here. If you choose to get the least out of it, that's your prerogative.

I'll pick up the 360 version. The FPS genre is about the only one I'm a graphics whore about so I just can't go for the weaker, low-res Wii version. That being said I'm hoping the Wii version worked out (I never go by just one review).

That's weird. I would think the majority of gamers, myself included, think the FPS genre is about the only one where the Wii version usually is the way to go due to the significant controls advantage, although we'll eventually need to see how Playstation Move works with the genre.

Except there hasn't been a single case yet where the motion controls have provided a better experience than dual stick.
