Donkey Kong Country Returns on its own as the best game. (Everything is just right really other than there is one bit where every way is one of those barrel riding things. If they had just put those down one of the paths and made the other path normal levels it would have made me enjoy that part a bit more).
Kirby's Adventure (First time you ever get the Ultra Sword ... I never thought that happened to me with games since I got older. I only played one level per play session and enjoyed every second of it).
Warioland - Shake Dimension
Sin and Punishment
Warioware - Smooth Moves
No More Heroes (The lack of blood in the PAL version wasn't really an issue for me).
Blastworks Build Trade Destroy (The levels made by other people are what makes it great).
Milestone Shooting Collection 2 (One of only 2 Jap Imports I have - 5 Arcade ports the US equivalent only has 3 - best part is it only cost me £15 so no import duty).
Excite Truck. (Enjoyed it far more than Mario Kart thinking of importing the US only sequel if I can reasonably cheaply and gambling that I can get it to run).
Metal Slug Anthology (PAL - The Jap one is a bit better as you can use the classic controller and it is 60hz.)
Twilight Princess (If the motion controls were as good as Skyward Sword it would have been better as it stands I prefer the Gamecube version. Luckily I got the Wii version cheap as a Nintendo Select).
Mario Power Tennis. (Stuffed with this one as the Gamecube version only supports PAL50 and the controls are not accurate enough for it to be fun).
Good But not as good as I was lead to believe it was going to be
(Maybe I just don't like the modern idea of a JRPG. The old ones I used to love were more like reading a good novel. (Even during the fights and stuff my mind was in the same place as reading a book thinking about the story) whereas the new ones are like watching a second rate movie).
New Super Mario Bros Wii (The Newer Mod shows what it could have been with just a little more effort).
Mario Kart Wii
Rayman Origins (Massively overrated it is boring).
Brawl (I wonder how many copies were bought just as a means to install the homebrew channel - There is a mod that tries to make it more like Melee for Riivoluton that is quite good).

Dragonball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3 makes SF, MK and all other 1 on 1 fighting games laughable in comparison. Too bad they completely fudged Ultimate Tenkaichi. There are a number of close runners up, MP:T, SMG, Rune Factory Frontier, SSBB, LoZ:TP.

If i was forced to decide for just one it would be Super Mario Galaxy 2. Donkey Kong Country Returns, Punch-Out!!, House of the Dead: Overkill, Rock Band 2 and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption come very close though. Still have to play quite a few Wii games so that might chnage in the future.

For me, it's Mario Kart Wii and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I've only played no more than five Wii games though, so that's why. xD Although I really think those two would be at the top of the list regardless.

Xenoblade. The ost, the world, the combat, the story, the side-quests, all done so well... My favourite wii game, and my 2nd favourite JRPG (Behind Final Fantasy VI)
My runners up would be Mario Galaxy 2, Skyward Sword, Wii Sports and Brawl.
