Topic: Anyone else LOVEE Silent Hill: SM

Seriously? How amazing is this game. I just got it in the mail yesterday. I've played every SH since the original PS one dropped and when I read reviews/saw advertising for it when I only had a 360 back then I was deeply saddened. Now I know why everyone was calling it the best of the Wii when it came out.

Anyone else feel the same?

Yes. Definately.
It is one of the best games overall this year.

Yes, no other games story and dialogue was as intriguing as Silent Hill: Shattered Memories this year.
Half a year later, thinking about the particular scenes still send me shivers down my spine.

I have not, although I have read the game has a "creepy atmosphere" and also utilizes the wii mote as a flashlight. How's the story?

The story is the selling point! It's amazing. =D It isn't as creepy as Silent Hill though (as in, not scary at all).

The story is incredible, it really gets into your head and had me thinking about it even after I stopped playing. It isn't a scary jump out of your seat game though, it's more of a psycholgical 'what the heck is going on' affair.

Another thing that nobody has mentioned is how great the sound is in the game. It really is one of the best on the Wii with the Wii remote used very effectively.
