Looks like it require Wii Remote Plus but I have already got Wii Motion Plus controller so do I still need Remote Plus to play these games?

Nope, the new Wii Remotes have Motion Plus right in them. No accessories required.
I tried but it is not working.
There comes a screen where it says something like "Please connect the motion plus to your controller" and there is the button to see "instruction video" and there is no other option to click or continue.
The one controller which came with the console says "Motion Plus Inside"
But the other one which I got for free doesn't. But it is exact copy of that other controller.

There are pirate controllers that say Motion Plus Inside and it's a little hard to tell if it is one, maybe that's the problem. Maybe the controller doesn't actually have Motion Plus or maybe they repaired it using pieces from other controllers and placed it in a Motion Plus case.
If the other controller isn't motion plus, you can buy the motion plus attachment for it for about $7 on eBay, but I'd only do that if you're confident the controller is working properly as a regular Wiimote first; otherwise, I'd just toss it and go buy a new Wiimote plus.
Where are you buying you Wii Mini for 199$, or the standard for 242$ That is insane! The Minis are in stock and only 99$ at Target. The regular with the sports games only 129$. Get the sports Bundle Version! it is a great deal!
