Might download this on my PSP and see if it connects to my PS2

Yeah this is gonna be the first game to kick-off my WiiU experience so I'm very happy a survival-horror is the number 1 batter stepping up to the plate I shall immerse myself into the dark corridors of zombified London and take down my enemies with that cricket bat Shaun of the Dead style can't wait, I'm excited. Hopefully this turns into a great franchise for Ubisoft with many more to come.

Can't wait for this game. Defiently my number one game I want to get! It is so original and cool. I really love the premise of this game! It's how a real survival horror game should be made. This is truer survival horror than the original RE games.

On a different note, here's something I don't get about this game.

What's the whole 'goal' you're striving for here? There's a mention of unlockable content and stuff, and a storyline, so how's that work? Is there some evil force behind this zombie apocalypse like in other survival horror games? Because that helper/narrator guy did say he predicted this would happen...

This game is my "killer app" for the WiiU. Right now, it's the only game I have purchased (except the Deluxe bundled game). I got it from NewEgg for 12 bucks off and free shipping. The slow (free) shipping didn't bother me since it was due out before the WiiU released, but now they have also updated their in-stock date to 11/18. The GameStop people were giving me dirty looks when I bought my WiiU without games.

Short Version: Britain's been overtaken by a deadly infection that's broken out, which has transformed nearly all the population into zombies, save for a few survivors (think something vague along the lines of the movie I Am Legend). You go through the whole zombie apocalypse survival adventure in many different areas, and at the end you need to reach the helicopter at the top of the Tower of London to seize your only chance of salvation.

Also remember, once you die, you die for good. You re-start the entire game as a different survivor, and will encounter your old survivor as one of Them.

Yeah, I know all that. What I want to know is what the storyline behind it all is. Because it's vaguely hinted at in all the previews, and I'm curious to how Ubisoft plans to include a definite ending to a game designed like ZombiU. Is the appeal of the whole survival thing going to collapse when you reach the final area?

Sounds like the Mercy Hospital level of Left for Dead.

Here's something new on Zombi U's storyline. Apparently, it'll feature a "big twist" in the game's ending, and only the very best players will be able to figure it out during the game, according to the Zombi U's story director.

Great work! Died for the 7th time today.. I literally can't think anymore when more than 3 zombies are chasing me. Add me if you want to see a zombified me.

Anyone beat Survival mode yet? Very tense and a lot of fun!

I've died seven times already and I'm in about a third I think. Survior Mode won't give me anything but heart failure. Great if you did though!

Sjoerd I used to do that lot lol. Anytime multiple zombies popped up it was game over as I went into full panic mode. Now I usually can get out of there since I have beat the game 3 times. And haven't beat survivor mode yet, I will try to some day! Finally got found to completing it, disappointed I got the bad ending. Is there more than 2 endings to this game?

I got the "good" ending my first time through, but it was honestly just because I became very thorough and deliberate in my playing of it. I took it very slowly.

I think you just kind of learn to REALLY take your time as the game progresses. Like, seriously seriously take your lolligaggin' time lol I died like 5 times back-to-back in my first couple hours of playing because I was being hasty and trying to play it like a shooter. It gets so much easier when you calm down, learn the game, and start to get a feel for when and where zombies are going to emerge (scripted stuff you can't see on the scanner). The circus event also teaches you how to manipulate zombie pathing, patterns, weaknesses, and all that. It's a tough event and I think some people even skip it, but I recommend doing it.

So, I've died a lot in ZombiU. And suddenly, the game stopped showing the animation of the new character waking up in the Prepper's place. Does that happen when you absolutely stink at the game?

I got this game because it was cheap. Really cool game. My only problems being the huge amount of backtracking if you die and the combat is very boring. Would have liked to see a progression system and weapon stuff like Dead Island but maybe a little more realistic to fit the games tone
