"ZombiU", WiiU-exclusive M-rated title, from Ubisoft. Apparently the replacement for Killer Freaks.

I'm quite scared being British now,cause of that trailer.

I liked the Freaks more...even though I don't care for many M games...but still. Anything but zombies.

Just cause the console has a stupid name developers feel some games have to too?

But honestly! Zombies are being abused for game ideas way too often. Alternate form of types of enemies? OK. Every enemy in the game? NO WAY!!! I'm sick of games that revolve completely around the idea. Mix it up developers!

The wii U name doesn't need a change, and it's a least better than a simple name like "Wii2" . People did complain about the wii name at first, but then it caught on. Wii U will do the same, I can bet that. Still, pasting U at the end of every game like in the N64 days may get annoying very quickly.

Yes, let's all judge the game by its name. Like all those horrible games on SNES that started with "Super" and all those horrible games on the N64 that had the "64" suffix.

I'm probably not going to get it unless the reviews are ridiculously good. If I was to pick a Wii U game out of what I've heard happened at the Ubisoft conference I'd pick Rayman Legends and Assassins Creed 3 first by a large margin.

If i had to pick only one Ubi game, it'd be Watchdogs (which i'm not sure if it will be on WiiU, but given the game mechanics, it seems perfect for the Gamepad), followed by AC3. Good thing there is no universe in which such a limitation exists.

Really though, Zombies as far as videogames are concerned were completely fresh when the original Resident Evil paved the way on the PS1. It was pretty incredible actually, to actually see the living dead shuffle around as if they almost popped out of a George A Romero movie in 32-bit polygon riddled glory. But now? Zombies are so played it out to the Funky tee' it's not even funny...At least Ubi's previous or original attempt with their quirky alien based first person shooter that this was intended to be was something new, but they resorted to this 'playing it safe' bull dookie since ZOMBIES are a 'safe' sell to the masses. It's guaranteed to be a hit. But a cartoony crazy based alien FPS? Nahh, there are too many close minded gamers out there that wouldn't even give it a second glance sadly.

I'll only be playing ZombiU if it offers Wii pointer + Nunchuck controls as an alternatite control scheme for the zillionth time. There's no way in hell i'm resorting back tp that boring unrealistic analog-aiming bs. I'd rather do something else with my time, can't stand that control scheme anymore(hell i don't think i EVER liked it, because deep down i always wanted to feel like i was the character in these '3D' first or 3rd person based titles. Couldn't get that feeling from mouse and keyboard either). It's like thanks.... lets take a complete step back in terms of controls by ditching 'pointer controls' which actually made sense since you are pointing and shooting in the game like you would in real life, while instead resorted back to wiggling your thumbs on two little sticks....Jesus. But OH, there are new innovative ideas on the GamePad' screen! Well that's awesome and verything, but for a genre like this for me at least the loss is too masive by having to go back to dual analog aiming for me to even care. I'm worried that ubi and many other developers wont support the Wii remote + Nunchuck control scheme. Hopefully they do!

The E3 Trailer looked amazing graphically, but that was obviously just some flashy sneaky cut scene to get everybody hyped.
Because the actual in-game graphics as seen in the gameplay footage of that nerdy dude playing it look PS3-like. I'm personally cool with that(Sort of...), i'm just more worried about getting an alternate control scheme
