It's not probable unless SMT X FE is cancelled. IS pretty much has their hands tied up in SMT X FE and STEAM right now.

I disagree, Intelligent Systems have an unannounced (unless I've missed the announcement) Wii U project still under wraps. I think this is likely Paper Mario U. Plus they'd be crazy not to develop Paper Mario because of SMT x FE. Historically Paper Mario have massively outsold FE. PM has always been a million seller for each entry.

I believe That Wii U title was Pushmo World. We haven't heard of a 3rd IS title after that game launched. Also, it wouldn't be crazy not to make PM if the teams are already involved in another project. Regardless of relative success rate.

Currently Playing: Steamworld Heist, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Tales of Graces F

Why?

because of the crowd reactions when announcing big games (twighlight princess for example). because of funny accidents. because of funny japanese people trying to speak english. because everything is more epic live.

Ah crap, way to pour water of my hopes of a new Paper Mario

At this point I'm happy enough with the Wii U now and over the next year that they don't really need to do anything. With that said this is what I want to see out of E3 in order of "would be really annoyed if not" to "it would be nice if also":

1. Heaps more info on Zelda
2. Animal Crossing for Wii U
3. Something out of left field like Splatoon was last year
4. One last big game for the 3DS
5. Something Metroid

Some playlists: Top All Time Songs, Top Last Year
"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"

@skywake what if nintendo combines your last two ideas?

If they took Metroid and gave it 3D Land/Link Between Worlds style treatment and put it on the 3DS? They could announce that Zelda for Wii U was going to be delayed a year and I'd still think it was a fantastic E3.

1. New footage for Xenoblade Chronicles X all in English and a release date.
2. More details on Zelda Wii U, a subtitle for it and a release date.
3. New Metroid.
4. A Wii U Kid Icarus with better controls than the 3DS's Uprising.
5. Gameplay footage for Fire Emblem X Shin Megami Tensei.
And 6. because I'm greedy. The Last World(sequel to the Last Story) exclusive to Wii U.

"The future doesn't belong to you!"
Waiting for: BOTW 2, Metroid Prime 4, Xenoblade Chronicles 3

SuperWiiU
  • Gamepad as classic controller support in Wii mode.
  • Any new firstparty 3D platformer (not isometric)
  • SMTxFE release date
  • F-Zero U announcement
  • a further good line-up of 2016 (new) ip's

All I could ask for is better 3rd party support, and I think yearly games like FIFA and COD are hurting really badly, sports games is a must and If I could ask for more than Please can we have a Wario Land Pleeeaaassseee...haha

1. F-Zero
2. Super Mario Galaxy 3
3. Metroid
4. Paper Mario
5. A new IP. Something huge that would captivated non-Nintendo fans too.

I would ask for 3rd party support but that ship has sailed and it's not up to Nintendo now. I'll be happy if Wii U turns out to be the Nintendo console with some of the best 1st party libraries now.

Extensive Zelda U coverage, including final title and Western release date.
Extensive XCX coverage, including Western release date.
Extensive Star Fox U coverage, including Western release date.
Fatal Frame V localization announcement.
ANYTHING about SMTxFE.

Really this would be a perfect E3 for me. I'm not difficult to please.

As for wishes about new Wii U games?
Metroid for Wii U
An HD remaster of Mario Sunshine
A proper sequel to Eternal Darkness
A proper, explorative 3D Mario game

A new Wario Land is probably significantly more likely than better 3rd party support.

Seeing as Fifa is a total no go, i'm surprised Nintendo didn't look into either PES or bringing back the Mario Sports games (Strikers, Sluggers, Hoops, tennis, and golf) on the Wii U. I'd be up for a new 3D sports games on consoles especially if we can get some decent franchise/story modes.

Need Battalion Wars 3, the series was so close to a legit strategy game with good multiplayer.

1. The 3DS won't be abandoned like last year
2. Games
3. Games
4. Games
5. And lastly games.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

Why?

No reason. I just like seeing all three companies on the stage.

It's quite awkward to watch a bunch of Japanese developers struggle with their English on a stage. Besides, the vast majority of people are watching it online anyway, the attendees at the live conference are mainly press. I think the E3 Digital Event was a great solution.

While I did enjoy the treehouse and digital event, there's something to be said about having the developers on stage. Clearly Microsoft and Sony have an advantage of having English speaking developers.

I think where it becomes a benefit for People to be on the Stage over the Treehouse stuff is that some people aren't going to watch E3 all day, just tune into the big press conferences. It is harder to say what is better, but I like the Treehouse stuff, even though I didn't watch it cause I was at E3. Thanks to the Treehouse stuff I was about 15 feet away from Miyamoto lol

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

I'd rather have Games than Games.
