Currently all PS1 games can be played between PSP/PS2/PSV.
Nothing about PS4 but there have been rumors from mutiple sources that Native PS1/PS2 emulation is coming to the PS4 at E3 alongside the cloud stuff. In that case it would work the same way where its cross buy between all the two systems.

Not yet but I wouldn't expect it since Sony has been trying hard to get PS4 ports to be cross buy. For example Spelunky and Hotline miami are cross buy so when they launch on PS4 over the summer your going to own them if you had them on PS3/Vita.
WIth that said i'm not for certain since they would have to redo the contracts for the game licenses. But just by looking at Vita its a safe assumption. The vita didn't have emulation for its first six months but than got an update with nearly every game on the service as well as cross buy.

As of now, no. All digital and physical PS3 and PSN games cannot be carried over to PS4. Correct me if I'm wrong

As of now, no. All digital and physical PS3 and PSN games cannot be carried over to PS4. Correct me if I'm wrong
Some PSN games have cross buy like Child of Light.

Ah yes the virtual console making me pay $8 for roms and around $2 for ports of roms that I already own. Its not like there's another company with a Old game service that allows you to buy the game once for all the console you own. Oh wait sony does it.
like explained to you, it doesn't... Sony doesn't have a VC like Nintendo anyway PS4 is not even backward compatible with PS3 games lol.
I owe myself a wii u? what evil deed could I possibly have committed to deserve such a punishment, why not just throw in a jaguar and CDI into the mix of undesirable consoles I supposedly deserve

You do realize that emulation and backwards computability are a bit different right.
The VC is playing games for older systems on newer ones, by logic Sony does have that. Not having backwards comptabilty on adisx doesn't impede that.
To your second point the Wii U has the Wii hardware in it so of course it can run BC in a pretty inelegant fashion.

I beg to differ. My family and have both a Wii U and PS4 and we get much more use out of the PS4 then the Wii U.
Don't you guys ever get tired of playing Infamous: Second Son over and over though?
Actually I have yet to play that one. Mostly we have been playing Lego Marvel, and Injustice while I myself have been playing Strider, Contrast, Resogun and a few others.

Well, I play Wii U more than Xbox One. So what? Wii U has more games. Not everyone has 2 consoles, and the one they play isn't really any sign of which one is better, overall, because it varies. I watch Netflix on Xbox One, though.
My PC gets no play time, and I know people game exclusively on PC.

It's basically the same thing to the consumer. Wii U owners can play Wii content, and they can play NES, SNES, N64, Sega, and all the other consoles, and soon GBA on Wii U. On PS4 you can't do any of that. If you bought a game on PSN on PS3 you can't even play that on PS4 (no transfer like with the Wii U). There's no advantage here for Sony, needless to say they have a much more limited past library too.
