Obviously Nintendo hasn't made GamePads individually purchaseable, and no games so far support dual pad play (at least as far as I know), but I've been entertaining the idea of getting a second pad off Ebay (that is if I had the funds to do so). I also remember someone saying that it is possible to connect more then one to a system, and Nintendo has at one time said that more then one pad can be used.
I'm just curious really.

I don't believe the firmware supports that at this point in time. Who knows if anyone here has tested it, you're free to try if you really want to but I see little point in spending money on it when no games support it anyways.

It doesn't work, I tried this with my friend's gamepad
I just got the card suit screen when I synced his gamepad. My gamepad didn't do anything after that, but the TV remote function still worked.
