Topic: Wonderful 101 - Some endgame questions about the game (SPOILERS)

This is a long shot, I hope people are still reading these boards!

So I finally beat the game and after learning everything about it via the Internet I still have some questions. Namely :

1. I can't get the Platinum unlock code for the secret characters to work. I know you have to stand at a particular spot, but nothing happens. I've tried using both the controller pad and push stick, but no dice.

Do I have to input it really fast or something?

2. Do you need to have all Wonderful Ones unlocked to get Unite Big? I love the game but I don't really relish the thought of doing all the stages again to get all of them...
