Do you mean WiiUWare? Downloadable games like WiiWare? If that's what you mean, I'd say it's 99.999% certain. Hopefully with drastically larger maximum size limit (like 1 GB).

Let's see....The Wii has WiiWare, the DSi has DSiWare, and the 3DS has 3DSWare. I'm assuming Wii U will have its own "Ware," too. Hopefully, we'll see those details at the Tokyo Game Show this year.
I'm back (for the moment)!

Actually "3DSware" is supposedly a fan-made name. Nintendo never gave an official name for the upcoming 3DS eShop games aside from...eShop games

I guess you're right. I was classifying it like it was on Nintendo Life. Bottom line, Nintendo's current and future systems will have original downloadable software.

I'm curious to see if Nintendo will call the online store eShop still.

@soccer686 That's kind of unrealistic. Wait...does the Wii U have a hard drive?

Update: Also love Yukari and Mizore from Rosario + Vampire.
Another Update: Also Yuuki...from School Rumble...
Yet Another Update: Also Amber and Xiao Pai from Rune Factory 4.

The WiiU will support external hard drives and SD Cards. It only has Flash Memory built in, though.

Well if it doesn't have a hard drive it wouldn't work. But I don't think the PS3 had a size limit after all you can download mass effect 2 on PSN.

I'm not sure how much of a limit flash would be to the size of downloadable games. You need to remember that you can buy a 360 Kinect bundle now with 4GB of flash so, if you're developing downloadable games for the 360, you have to assume that some players have that much storage. I would think that the Wii U would have at least 4GB.
I don't see how the Wii U having flash will be much of an issue if you can plug in an external HDD. I mean hey, look at this here spare and now unused 250GB external HDD I have lying around. If you don't have an external HDD lying around like me then go down to the shops and get a 1TB full sized external HDD for like $70. I'm sure you won't fill up the 1TB with DLC very quickly......

Wii U is supposed to have more online in focus, so I'd be amazed if it wasn't there. Plus, people will want to transfer their WiiWare/V-con games to Wii U, right? Like what the 3DS is doing?
And yeah, there better not be a size limit. I still get disgusted when I think about how I should be able to play Marvel VS Capcom 2 on Wii.. ugh, I don't even want to talk about it. Here's hoping Wii U will get SF3 HD.
