Like you said, it's awkward the two as they're too different games calling for two different play styles. But it's ignorant to claim Call of Duty takes luck, no strategy or no team work.

All games are repetitive in some way or another with sport, platforming, rpgs and puzzle games just being a few examples. COD just gets more hate because of either strangely angry Battlefield fanboys or ignorant gamers not willing to scratch the surface of each COD installment before coming to a sensible conclusion. Have you played Zombies? That's certainly not lacking in the quality department. What's funny at least to lil 'ol me, is people getting riled up over someones differing opinion.
