Instead of having a golf game on the WiiU Sport Club, Nintendo should get a 2nd Party developer working on a full retail version.

Nintendo could have Camelot make a WiiU Golf game not WiiU Mario Golf but a RPG-Golf game like they did on the GBC. There definitely a void left by EA not bring their PGA golf game to WiiU.

I would love a Golf game were on the TV screen none of the gaming gimmick will show up no power meter, no movement grid for the putting green, no map, just the golfer on the course. The game would require you to look at the gamepad in order to get the detail you used to getting from golf game.

The game pad would show the yardage left to the hole and you can select your club. All the putting information would be on the gamepad. Then you must take that information from the gamepad and hit the ball like you would in a real game of golf.

I agree 100%, but I haven't completely given up on the possibility of the next EA Sports golf game coming to the Wii U. The new head guy at EA supposedly wants to do things different, so maybe he will smarten up and bring a couple games to the Wii U. It's unlikely, but I'm still hopeful until I hear or see something different. Golf is actually one of the no-brainer sports that should be on the Wii U, and I'm shocked we don't have anything yet. Like you said, it needs to be done regardless of whether EA Sports is involved or not. There is obviously a fan base based off the number of sales on the Wii, and the Wii U Gamepad could add even more authenticity to a golf game. Here's to hoping someone gets their act together and gets on this.

I only played the Tiger Woods games for the Wii, and despite not being HD like the PS3 and 360 versions, they were a lot of fun and well done. I can only imagine how great a golf game on the Wii U would be, especially after the short piece of golf game presentation we saw before the Wii U was released. The system and Gamepad just sets up perfectly for a golf game, but apparently the developers aren't seeing it that way.
