I'm probably still going to get my wii u but am thinking of holding off on til summer time 2013 on getting the system. Mainly because I'm still deciding if it's really worth it or not. Granted it look's really fun but also really advanced in everything. I remember the frustation I had with hooking up my regular wii when we got it & trying to adjust to that system lol I went a month with out sound on the wii because had one of the wires in the wrong spot on the tv lol this is what I mean little things like that. Granted I like my wii but someone who play's a SNES then switches over to a wii quite a difference in control's lol. I'm not a tech savvy person but do love messing & tinkering with electronic's just takes me a little longer to figure electronic stuff out sometimes. But really debating if it's worth getting it the wii u... Happy Gaming! (^_^)

3Dash	3. Posted: Fri 30th Nov 2012 14:07 GMT I don't have one, but from what I've heard is it's easy to set up(plus Ninty provided those vids for easy setup). I've tried a demo at a GameStop, and the GameStop is amazing. Perfect weight, perfect size, amazing touchscreen, and holding it and using it comes natural, as it's set up like a DS or 3DS, or a Wii with Nunchuck being used.

Still, as a day 1 U adopter, I can say I am very satisfied. I'm not the most tech savvy person around (even if I'm a hardcore gamer, my dad helped me with all that stuff before he passed away a year ago), but I had little trouble setting the system up and hooking it to the internet. Nintendo I'd say there's not much to adjust to if you have a Wii, Nintendo has really made it easy for even the slowest members of our species. Also, no matter what level of gamer you are, I GUARANTEE you will love Nintendo Land. All in all, if you can afford it, the system is definitely worth getting, in my humble opinion.

Posted: Fri 30th Nov 2012 20:22 GMT Well considering the type of gamer you are I'd say yes, but I'd still wait a little since Nintendo did say they'll try to appeal more to the "hardcore" (I mean blood, nudity, and stuff your not into) I honestly don't know which route they'll take with it, NintendoLand and NSMBU is a good start, but I doubt you'd be into pikmin or MH its just going to be interesting to see what types of "casual" games they'll have

Yeah the two games I'm planning on getting for my wii u are: New Super Mario Bros - Wii U Nintendo Land - Wii U The other games that are coming out hold no interest at all to me at least on the wii u. I figure by June though all the bug's & glitches should be worked out of the system by then plus I'm sure given by that time more of a game selection to pick from lol. Besides in all serious the only two games I'm getting in 2013 are: Animal Crossing - 3DS Luigi's Mansion - 3DS So I got plenty of time to let my cash build up for both the wii u & the two games lol. Besides I'm hoping like I said HOPING for a color change on the wii u but probably not going to happen in the next 6 month's but like how they come out with different color's for the handhelds ds, 3ds, etc like pink, red, blue, etc hoping for a PINK wii u but if not I'll get the white wii u. (^_^) Monster Hunter is an action game( still not entirely sure on the genre) where you become a hunter and go on quests to defeat monsters and obtain materials to forge and upgrade weapons and armor. Also, it is really hard.Pikmin is a strategy game where you use pikmin to defeat enemies, obtain nutrients to create more pikmin, and use them to gather and collect items that vary by game. The first had you gathering parts of your ship. The second had you finding treasures to pay off your company's debt.

The two games you want are the only ones I have so far and I'm very happy with the system. There actually aren't that many bugs and glitches with the system considering it's fairly new, most of the existing ones are being blown out of proportion and any problems should be fixed in updates soon. As for new colors, don't expect any for a couple years, handhelds get a lot of colors because people are carrying them around in public instead of sticking it under a television. I'm sure we'll get more colors, that's inevitable, but it wouldn't be within the next year. Considering it plays Wii games too, I think it's a worthy investment, price drops likely won't happen within the next year either, but I do admit it's a pricey purchase so don't feel rushed to get it. To answer a couple other questions, MH is short for Monster Hunter, an action RPG where you kill monsters to get materials and upgrade your weapons and armor (probably a little violent for you), and Pikmin is a real time strategy game where you control an army of little critters that will sacrifice life and limb for you, I'm a big fan of the series but will admit it has a rather high difficulty and wouldn't recommend getting unless you find an earlier title in the series for cheap so you can determine if it'd interest you. Either way, if you do end up getting a Wii U, I'd love to friend you on it. Once again though, no need to feel rushed to purchase it, it's not going anywhere so you may as well wait until you can comfortably afford it.

I had a PSP I think original from maybe 2006 not sure the exact model but I wasn't impressed. The graphic's were beatiful on it but the control's were really sucky on it. Blehh.. Sorry.. Plus it catered extremely to the male gender in games like football etc couldn't find barely any games that were even remotely nuetral let alone girly I had one spongebob game for it & that was it ended up giving it to my cousin because of the bad control's. After a lengthy update, virgin Internet trouble, more game updates and then setting up my Wii-u account. I bloody love it. It was a lot enter than wat I was expecting.
