I played Rayman Legends, NSMB Wii U, some Nintendo Land games, and The Wonderful 101. It's pretty sweet.

Any specific questions?

It was bizarre. Sort of like an action-based RTS (which is why people are comparing it to Pikmin), but it had a stronger emphasis on real-time combat.

You collect different characters to fight with you (like Pikmin), but then you can use them to perform different attacks, such as transforming into a giant sword or gun. And you could attack using either the GamePad's face buttons, or by performing different actions on the touch screen.

To be honest, it wasn't really my type of game, but it was pretty fun. Very interesting, to say the least.

Also, the GamePad is lighter than it looks. I was pretty comfortable using it.

@3Dash

I got to play Takamaru's Ninja Castle and Luigi's Ghost Mansion.

Takamaru's Ninja Castle was a solo game that involved launching ninja stars from the GamePad at ninja's on the TV screen. The controls were surprisingly tight, and it worked better than expected. It's just a score attack type of game, but it was still pretty fun.

Luigi's Ghost Mansion is a multiplayer game where one person gets to control a ghost using the GamePad, while up to 4 other players play as their Miis and try to find the ghost. This one was actually pretty cool because it involved actual teamwork to trap the ghost, so everyone playing immediately got involved.

Both games sort of felt like tech demos (like Wii Sports, which is to be expected), but they were both pretty fun. I probably enjoyed Luigi's Ghost Mansion more just because there were more people playing and it was a bit more exciting.

If you enjoyed Wii Sports, or if you usually enjoy playing games with/against your friends and family, then I'd recommend Nintendo Land.

Rayman Legends was a LOT like Rayman Origins. And by that, I mean pretty much identical as far as gameplay goes.

The GamePad was pretty neat for multiplayer though, because it was actually used to interact with what was going on on the TV screen. Everyhting on the TV was displayed 1:1 on the GamePad's screen, but the person using the GamePad got to tap enemies to destroy them and collect the glowing things (I can't remember what they're called in Origins).

I don't know that I'd say the GamePad enhanced the experience, but it did add a fast-paced multiplayer aspect.

Also, I forgot to menation this, but I also played Ninja Gaiden III: Razor's Edge.

@Besen I've been asking this question to EVERYONE that has played a Wii U. How did you like the GamePad? Did you think it was too big? Is it heavy? Comfortable? I just want to know... I've already pre-ordered, but...

I own a PS1, GBA, GBA SP, Wii (GCN), 360, 3DS, PC (Laptop), Wii U, and PS4.
I used to own a GBC, PS2, and DS Lite

It was surprisingly comfortable. It's a little big, but not as huge as it seems in all of the pictures. And it's much lighter than expected.

The gamepad is somehow too light and thus feels abit cheap. Discrepancy between look of the gamepad and the feel is somehow not balanced.
The features of the gamepad on the other side are no doubt cool. Crammed full with tech only the stereo 3D screen is missing ;(

Ps ZombiU was funny with the scanning for ammunition. But i think i will stick with ma RE6 blizz. Oh and the design and low speed of inventory is bad. Just to heighten the thrill by using crappy and slow controls is not very legitimate in this age. RE did that in the 90ties and now that just feels uncreative and outdated.

@3Dash He'd only use a brick if Nintendo confirmed it had stereoscopic 3D capabilities.
