Can I say, that while this doesn't matter at all, I really wish Wii U could just let you see what your top 10 games are like 3DS. ...at least I assume that isn't here. So I don't have times but I did just memorize the games (switching to month in the Daily Log thing helps to find all of them btw).

I just got my Nintendo Wii U so I only have two games. I'll list them in order of most played and approximate hours.

Wind Waker HD, About 8 hours
Zombi U About 7 hours

I am planning on getting A Link to the Past, Earthbound, Super Mario 3D World, and Mario Kart 8 for now. I'd like others such as Pikmin 3, Nintendoland, and more but those can wait. The ones I mentioned first are top priority!
