This is a new feature that was recently released in a software update.

You can transfer everything(Saves, games, users, NNID) only one way and it basically wipes your old console clean. They both have to work and connect to the internet and you need an SD card I believe.

You can have more than one NNID on the console but once a game is purchased everyone on the console can play it. The games are basically tied to the console once purchased (unless transferred in which case they are now tied to a new console) and not the NNID.

Hope that answers your questions.

As mentioned, it is now possible to do a system transfer from a Wii U to another Wii U.

You cannot select one game, or choose what to transfer. It will be all data that will move into the new console.

I am not sure on your second question, if you don't mind clearing that up.

The downloaded game will stay on the console and be playable.

I don't think you can remove all NNID from the console but the game is tied to your console. (I would leave it just in case)

As I mentioned you can add your own NNID to the console and even make it the default user and you should still have access to the game. The only way the game would get removed from the console would be if you did the system transfer mentioned.

I'm pretty sure if you remove a NNID from a console you'll get a warning that eShop data linked to that account will be lost, i.e. the game might not be deleted, but you wouldn't be able to re-download it and I would expect you'd not get any future updates for it either. Long as you're not paying extra for the system because of previously installed content it's no big deal to buy it if it gets wiped, right?
