I'd do some research. If you only want the console for Zelda, then wait a bit. If there are any games that scream into your face, "BUY ME RIGHT NOW!!!", then get a Wii U now. Ultimately, the person who can make the best decision is you. Go look at the pros and cons. What games interest you? What is your gaming budget? Those are the questions you need to ask.
