Hey Nintendo Life, I've got a problem that I'm hoping somebody will be able to help me out with.
Last May, I purchased a Wii U Pro Controller. I charged it that night, and everything was working perfectly (charging light went on, et cetera). I haven't even used it all that much, but eventually the battery was reduced to 2 bars, so I decided to charge it. Unfortunately, it simply doesn't charge. It acts as if it is fully charged whenever I try to plug it in, and then reverts back to 2 bars as soon as I unplug it. I'm not sure what's going on. I tried holding the reset button for 30 seconds, nothing happened. I also tried taking out the battery and putting it back in. Still no luck. Does anybody have any suggestions? Nintendo says it's not covered by my warranty (obviously) because it's an accessory, so there's nothing they can do. I was hoping somebody here might be able to help me.
