Oh, that is to bad your Wii looks ugly on your plasma TV. My Wii is stylin', profilin' and buckwilin' on my 59" plasma with the official Nintendo composite cables.

Composite? holly teedo! :p That must be one blurry BadDudes image you got going there. I thought you upgraded to the official nintendo component cables? Anyways, a 59" would be killer for the wii using HDMI, in 4:3 with the propper settings of course! B-)

@Hank
I've gamed on multiple CRT's for my Wii, using both component and composite and while CRT's without a doubt still deliver superior motion handeling(It's perfect actually with Zero artifacts in comparison to what you get from a plasma. LCD/LED's are thee' worst obviously, welcome to BlursVille!), great color and fantastic blacks, i'd still say that from a brightness, clearness perspective(Due to Progressive scan and a flat screen) and Wider Color Gamut my Panasonic plasma easily wins. SSB BRAWL completely smokes playing it on my CRT it's not even funny. And i actually don't mind jaggies if there are any...I can't seem to notice. if anything i can't stand a soft picture when it comes to modern gaming. CRT's defnitly do look a bit softer. but in either case i always crank up the sharpness. B-) and it makes a world of a difference. But i need to keep in mind that all sets are different regarding color and blacks. Hell, my previous LG plasma had a weak color gamut with ho-hum blacks and average brightness when stacked up to my current panny plasma. It's a complete night and day difference.

I was struggling having to go back to my CRT from my beautiful yet laggy plasma, because i was clearly missing out with progressive scan, the brighter
image, much better color gamut, brighter whites and zero geometry issues in general. I mean if you have a newer high end CRT such as the Samsung Slim Fit series than get ready for some gorgeous PQ. My brother has a 27" and it beats out the 32" CRT I'm currently using. But the 27" SDTV-wise
is the largest in the lineup and for me that's just too small.

Flat screen styled CRT's also offer a crisper/clearer image over regular older TUBE styled CRT's. Anyways! Hell, I'd go 50" for the Wii via HDMI, with the sharpness cranked up. I know how to make my Wii games looks Gorgeousssss. B-) But ya....I wish they still sold last years Panny ST30 in stores so i could test it out. I've also got an LG LK450 like i mentioned previously that does 1 frame/16ms via component, it's pretty damn amazing. But HDMI
however doubles the lag or even more and it becomes pretty noticable...I'm afraid that i may not even have an proper HDTV to game on by the time the Wii U is released. finding a 16ms set is like finding a needle in a hay stack unless you do your research online. in the AVS forums, people have been saying the ST30's input lag is in the 16ms-32ms range? Can't they give people a straight answer instead of this inbetween crap? The difference
between 1 and 2 frames is pretty big...
