What time will this be Central Standard Time?

Should be at 8 AM. That is unless Nintendo of America decides to hold their own version a bit later in the day, which is possible.

my prediction is a pikmin 3 demo, more information on lego city, the information said "Wii U hardware" ? so could meaning a Virtual console update in the future, no smash bros or zelda information yet .. there saving the big guns for E3 2013

I'm seriously getting too hyped now I wasn't hyped before, but now..... it's unbearable!!!
GCN VC? Wii Classics Section? VC on GamePad? EShop unified? VC switching from WiiU to 3DS? 3DS Miiverse? Import section?
It started just being about Panorama View or Google maps... Now it's escalated to BIG heights...

Well I got an email from Nintendo Australia about there being a Nintendo Direct so that's interesting. Fifth time they've actually sent out an email about that out of the nine times they've had a full Nintendo Direct for Europe. Not sure what that means exactly but... I doubt it's just for a single piece of software.

I've returned from the market with enough salt to go around.

I never thought about there being a Pikmin 3 demo! Are you guys trying to hype me up or something?

I'm sure it will be a good one.
Things I want:
1. Wii U VC
2. Panorama
3. More games
4. Apps
5. 2 Gamepad use with an update supporting basic apps for now
6. 3DS connectivity
7. Whatever else they can do

I know I've been fighting you guys here on the threads and such about features I want listed above, and I apologize, but I was arguing for good reason. Nintendo will add most if not all the stuff you guys want in due time. I was actually going to add 7.1 PCM surround to my list, but I honestly think the current surround option counts as that. Just be patient guys. Nintendo knows what we want, they just need to simplify it and make it seem like nothing. Nintendo's not one to brag about bringing out something awesome... They just do, so let them do what they do.

Plus if you want something THAT bad post it on Miiverse and get a bunch of yeahs

Welp that qualmed all my complaints food the most part. Probably going to grab a Wii U when Wind Waker or yoshi comes put.

So its almost confirmed that Retro is at E3 alongside the other heavy hitters. Makes sense not to blow the load and show off Retro and Monolith soft in the same direct.

Was hoping for more focus on Wii U eshop stuff like pushmo or Dillion but can't really complain.

Okay, here's what I'm excited about:
Yoshi's "Epic Yarn".
I was right all along when I said Smash Bros. would be shown at this year's E3. At least now I know not to talk about it until then (still will anyway).
The Fire Emblem crossover with Shin-something (never heard of the series) looks interesting.
Of course the Legend of Zelda both new and WW HD.
The obligatory 3D Mario and Mario Kart (also E3 reveal).
Bunch of other stuff I can't remember off the top of my head.

Is it just me, or is this E3 going to be freaking awesome?
