So tired of every topic breaking down to an argument of power. Anybody here ever play Kingdom of Loathing? Well of Souls? Minions of Mirth? Heck, go ahead and include EQ. If any of those appeared on Wii U, I would play the living daylights out of them. All fun MMOs, with meager graphics. Well, Kingdom of Loathing has stick figures and text, still, it's a blast to play.

I started playing MUDs ( Legend of the Red Dragon ) when they were all text based. They were atmospheric, deep, and offered a level of freedom not seen even today. Gonna sleep in the inn? Wanna slip the innkeeper a few bucks to watch over your stuff? Right, he might not be the most honest person... Maybe you should rename your weapon something like 'pointed stick' so nobody steals it.

For years I had the MMO bug, I was addicted to EQ, signed up for tons of betas, played every kind of MMO from text based, to sprite based, to 3D. Enjoyed the genre greatly, but I never once chose one on graphics alone. The game was the thing. The play mechanics. The level of role playing.

I always fancied RPGers ( Western style RPGers, that is ) a little more cerebral than most. Craving the best, deepest game system over graphics. I can see things have changed. I'm over the whole MMO addiction, but I can't say I wouldn't play one on the Wii U, or that it would have to have stellar graphics to be fun.

Take a look at this list

and then tell me how many you think wouldn't run on the Wii U.

Steamhare your right and I'm wrong. Apologies to AlexSays as well. I looked it up on wiki and they do classify Zelda as an Action-Adventure game. If you read through the wiki @ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Legend_of_Zelda, you'll find there has been much debate on the genre given to Zelda. I will say it has many RPG elements which led me to mentioning it alongside a game like Guild Wars 2. I'll repeat once more however, that I only really mentioned it in the way I did due to the Puzzle Solving in Zelda and the Puzzle Jumps in Guild Wars 2. This is an area that I think fans of Zelda would really enjoy in Guild Wars 2.
