Has anyone else noticed this issue with the WiiU Gamepad. If you hold to the left or right and then let go, it registers a movement in the opposite direction. This is incredibly annoying when playing a game like NSMBU.
No that does not happen to me, but it could also depend on the game (I don't have NSMBU). When the left stick rebounds back, it probably goes right a little bit before it centers again. That's normal depending on the tension of the analog stick. The game is probably registering when it goes to the right a little bit before it centers again. However, this could easily be fixed if they raised the value the analog stick needs to reach before the game registers it, or just increase the deadzone.
If you slowly move the analog stick back to the center and it still registers it as going to the right, then you might have a problem and should contact Nintendo
