The wii u pad keeps losing its connection to the console. I went through all the checks....rebooted, synced again, was very close, calibrated, etc...
Called Nintendo and they said I have to mail them the console and pad to investigate.
The first few days it worked perfect.

I have not found many people with this problem, but if anyone has a solution I missed I would be very thankful.

How far away from the Wii U are you?
How many wireless devices do you have in the room?
Is there anything between you and the Wii U?

We are as close as 3 ft from the console and still happens.

No wireless devices in room.

Nothing in front of us.

Does the pad communicate to the console via Bluetooth or over wireless router?

I suppose if resyncing would do someting or is possible custoservice would have said. if you can do it (i'm not checking cuz mine works fine) might be worth a try?

Well I packaged the console and pad, which is now n route to Nintendo. We shall see.

Well, I'm sure it will be working fine when you get it back.
