Sin & Punishment 2 is certainly in my top 5 Wii games and I liked House of the Dead Overkill / Ghost Squad etc.
As long as they make it not pay to win (i.e only cosmetic paid content as seems to be the current goal) the new Unreal Tournament will be all I need in terms of FPS.

like @PhoenixUltra said, a new Conduit game would be great. I never played the second one, but i remember having loads of fun with the first. It just had a solid feel to it that i remember loving. I would also love to see a new Resident Evil. I don't know if that classifies as a "first person shooter", but i'd love to see it nonetheless. Also, a second ZombiU, but thats a broken dream

The leap to having actual good graphics and implementation, would I guess be stunning.
(speaking as a fan of the original, though I still found it to be sorely lacking)
