Topic: Wii U Exclusive games

We all know that exclusive xbox/ps games are:

1. Famous driving sim (Gran Turismo / Forza )
2. Famous shooter (Halo / Killzone)

This is first Nintendo Console that is powerful enough to handle such great titles. Do you people think that WE Wii U owners
should get a descent nintendo shooter, driving sim or we are gonna play mario kart and NSMB U forever xD???

Imagine Sony saying: "We don't need Gran Turismo, Forza is already there"

Nintendo stated this console will "satisfy both hardcore and traditional casual nintendo gamers" so my expectation is valid.

I'm saying if you want games like that, there are better ones than Nintendo would produce themselves already out or coming.

Nintendo should focus on more interesting titles IMO.

Yeah, there are plenty of racers and shooters and there's a damn good chance the Wii U will be getting some of the cross platform ones. Many of which will be good. How about something from a different genre? How about a different type of game?

Are you saying that all exclusive ps and xb titles are shooters and driving sims? Because then you are sadly mistaken.

Either way I dont think that Nintendo will get a exclusive racing sim.. I dont know why but I just dont see it happen Project Cars will be out in 2014 though, but its not a exclusive. Looking really great though.

A shooter? Sure. Why not. There has been exclusive shooters for 64, GC and Wii. Even Wii U if you count ZombiU. Which we can.

Nintendo is already making different games than PS and XBOX. I just want them expand (not change) but expand the number of Dev teams so they can develop games already available on PS/xbox.

It's possible Retro Studio's new game is a shooter of some kind, especially if it's that Mach Rider thing people talked about a while back. So that could be an exclusive Wii U shooter.

But seriously, I don't think we need exclusives in these genres. After all, most good first person shooters and racing sims are multi platform anyway.

That's my point Sony_70. Except Project Cars (which is crossplatform) Wii U isn't getting any exclusive racing game. How come? (now when Nintendo claims it will satisfy both Hardcore and casual - traditional Nintendo gamers).

Don' tell me they are available on PS and X1, cause I don't care. We want those games on Wii U too

For cross platform titles? Yeah, something like that. It already has Most Wanted how many racing games do you need? I'd be much more interested in exclusives that are new ideas. Unless it's something radically different I'm not that interested in more of the same.
