I have had my Wii U pretty much since the launch of Mario Kart 8: LOVE THE GAME. As soon as the game updated, I got the DLC and preordered the coming DLC as soon as I could get into the new store feature.
Got MH3U and Need for Speed Most Wanted(I hate it). But one thing has happened interestingly...
I have a web comic kromcompany.deviantart.com (WARNING- LINK IS PG-13/ R rated material) and many of my watchers heard that I got a Wii U... So I talked with the ones who wanted to play games. A few of my fans wanted me to create a NINID for my main character of my comic: Evie Nolcim. It was strange at first, doodling her on Miiverse on her account and writing things and drew what her expressions would be to situations and posts on Miiverse. I have made more fans and watchers, I didn't want it to really be an advertising thing, but people asked if there was any artwork elsewhere to look at and it's been great. Playing Mario Kart 8 with some twitch people, playing Monster Hunter with anyone who wants to play. Ignoring Need for Speed Most Wanted U. My Wii U experience has been great. It has also been great for my artistic expression and practice to draw new expressions. Plus it must be pretty damn cool for fans to be able to interact in a way with a character they like. I haven't seen anywhere else where this has happened.
