I can't seem to find any retailer online who sells these shnazzy Wii U verticle console stands seperately. it seems like the only option would be to get a Deluxe Wii U console which they come bundled in. But that's out of the cards since i already picked up the much prettier white basic Edition.
Bah, c'mon Nintendo i want to verticle-ize my White Wii U! Plus, the black stand would break up the boring 'all white' appearance. <(O-O)>

My classic Wii I still keep upright in the much sturdier base than these little feet held onto the console by rubber "nubs" on the side of the Wii U. For the sake of airflow, I kept my Wii U setup horizontal as its seen most often... I chucked those little feet back in the box before adding it to my ever growing gadget box collection. Everything from the box for my MacBook Pro to computer game boxes and then all console hardware and other interesting ways to waste space.
If there's on thing I will never be able to repackage is the Wii U deluxe. Every last bit of space was used!
Never let go of the things you hold dear. Your girl/wife, your kids (if you're that old), and finally, your controller!

Glad you found some, i got them with my Wii U and a smart docking charger for the Gamepad. I'm not too keen on standing up my console's after last time, when the 360 first came out i would stand it up when playing it and my cat knocked it over, the game inside it was unplayable, it scratched the disc badly the console itself still worked sort of, so never again.
Animals and standing console's don't mix.

There should be a warning label on any items with a high center of gravity that you risk cats knocking down. I have opted for the horizontal wii u position mainly because it fits underneath the tv stand but also the cat thing.
