Looks like a video game box art all right.

I wouldn't be too surprised if this is the final design.

Doubt it. Looks to much like the Wii box arts.

Too similar to the Wii box and it's not even the official Wii U logo, so yeah, this is just a mockup. I'm quite looking forward to seeing the Wii U boxes, though I don't suppose we will until later in the year.

Well, it looks a lot like the Wii's which will in no doubt confuse some people, and after all the confusion at e3 2011 I think they'd try all they could to avoid such confusion. But the 3DS's box art is very similar to the DS's box art, so you never know...

I doubt it will be the exact same as the boxart of Wii games but with the Wii U logo instead so it probably isn't official.

He has a point there, albeit a convoluted one. Remember how 3DS boxes have the logo on the opposite side of the case? Expect the same with Wii U.

Well, now that I really look at it, it does kinda look like someone just slapped a "U" symbol onto a wii box (and of course editing in the game art). I imagine the official box art will be a bit different, but probably pretty similar too, if that makes any sense.

It...looks like the Wii's but with the Wii U logo. I'm actually doubting this one.

I don't care what it looks like but hopefully it's still in a DVD sized box but this mockup is surely BS. If I was them I'd make the boxes a different colour like black or blue or something just so it would stand out. If they don't? Like I said, I don't care.

BS. That's 100% fake. Knowing Nintendo, they'll probably try to change it more than that: like put the logo in the upper-left corner, remove the white bar running across the top of the box art, make the spine & back designs in much similar vein to the 3DS box art, shrink the box to be the size of the PS3 box art, and put little box-shaped gaps in like on the 3DS box art. In fact, I'd like it that way.

I wish the cases were blue coloured,and a bit smaller than the Wii Cases.
