has anyone in Australia or New Zealand got the Wii U day one of the release and if so did you get the basic version or the premium version.
what games did you get or are you going to get? Are you excited about Miiverse and all the other cool features?

I got a Premium with Skylanders: Giants, New Super Mario Bros. U, and Scribblenauts Unlimited and some accessories. I have Epic Mickey 2 on preorder and while I plan to get some more games, I haven't set them aside yet.
I... I still haven't played with the online features, I'm still setting it all up.

Premium here with Blops2 (need more online!!), Scribblenaunts, Sonic All-Star, Zombiu and a pro controller.

Premo Deluxe with a 2 TB HDD and ZombiU + BLOPS The download only took me a half hour and the install was smooth sailing all the way. I had enough time to knock back 3 Crownies and 2 cans of Jack Daniels before being deployed into the London undead madness on a cricket bat mission from hell gotta say it was an awesome start for my WiiU experience with hopefully heaps more to come.

Can't wait to get my Wii U! I'm hoping to get the Deluxe Bundle, NSMBU, Scribblenauts Unlimited, a couple of the 360/PS3 ports that I haven't even played on them! (Batman, Assasin's Creed, Mass Effect etc.) and most of the downloadable titles (that look sweet)!

Day 1 first Deluxe from the EB Games Hay Street store in Perth; had preordered BLOPS2, had Sonic Racing to pay off, the price-match discounts left me with $44 and that went on ZombiU.

I did extremely well - best launch out of the three I've been part of!!

Picked up a few online mates from NL - you know who you are - and from Vooks' forum (Vooks is also a West Aussie).
Haven't got into much other than NintyLand. Played some Zombies and Campaign BLOPs2, slippe in the ZombiU disk to download the update, and currently have Sonic Racing running through the intro screen -and it looks sweet too - as I type this. Just gotta finish dinner then I'll have the young bloke (23) rub my face in it .

P.S. a tip from Vooks - the best way to add a friend is to search for the NNID through MiiVerse and add a friend that way rather than sending an invite.

Well folks even though Trine 2 is not available on the AU e-shop I got it from the UK e-shop without any issues. My AU credit card had no issues so happy now I dont have to wait

Does anyone know how the Premium bonus thingo works here? I can't seem to find any information on it at all (outside of this) and ontop of that Club Nintendo is totally broken. Do we go somewhere other than the Australian Nintendo site for the premium service thing? ............ and when will they fix our club Nintendo?

I do realise that you're all probably going to respond with the same level of confusion as I have but it's worth a shot. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong.
