So looking at my Wii u and the gamepad I felt the console was a little lacking, I went ahead and got a pro controller I've already got a LAN adapter and the bigger battery for the gamepad. So I was just wondering if people would share what controllers and accessories they have and perhaps give me some inspiration!

4 Wii Remotes (3 Standard with Wii MotionPlus attached and one Wii Remote Plus)
4 Nunchuks
4 Classic Controller Pro
2 Wii U Pro Controllers
Wii Zapper
2 Wii Wheels (plus one third party wheel that I have since thrown away)
Amiibo (I have most of them)
GameCube Controller Adapter (plus one GameCube controller)
Energizer Charging Bay (for 4 Wii Remotes)
Extras (unused)
Wii Remote (included with Wii Party)
Wii Remote Plus (included with Wii Party U plus another from my sister's scarcely used Wii)
Wii Speak (included in Animal Crossing bundle that I had found for $5 new and sealed)
I believe that's most, if not all of my accessories.mi'm really glad that Nintendo has retained backwards compatibility with most Wii controllers, and I hope that they will continue this practice with the NX. It seems that the other console makers only force a new controller upon users of their newest systems so that they can make an easy buck.

Other than what I have for my Wii,it's just the Gamepad and console for me.I'll be getting a Pro controller when I'm back and a skin for my Gamepad.I was thinking the MK8 Luigi one,it looks like it's good quality.

It all depends on what sort of games you have or plan on buying.
Wii Remotes are essential for games such as Mario Party 10, Nintendo Land, Wii Sports Club, Just Dance etc. Since the release of the Wii U, very few games have required the use of the Nunchuk with developers usually opting for more conventional control methods (such as the Wii U Pro Controller or the Wii Remote held sideways).
Classic Controllers are optional unless you plan on buying Virtual Console games via Wii Mode, which I would advise against as many of NES, SNES and N64's finest are gradually making their way to the Wii U eShop. So unless there's a game that you absolutely must have via Wii mode, stick to buying VC games on Wii U eShop and save yourself the expense of buying a Classic Controller. While I cannot vouch for the situation overseas, Classic Controllers have been long discontinued in Australia, however, GameCube controller-shaped "FightPads", which function identically to Classic Controllers, and each have a pattern based on a popular Nintendo character, have taken their place.

The Pro Controller is the best controller in my opinion.
I have 3 Pro Controllers, 3 Wii remotes (that I only bought for Mario Party 10 and now rarely get used), and a GameCube adapter and Game Cube controller (that I also never use). I would buy the attachment that lets you do a hard-wire connection but the way my apartment is set up, the cable modem is too far for me to direct wire it into the Wii U so I have to do wireless when I go online.
I didn't know there were skins you could buy. Can someone explain to me how they work? Is it like a sticker and is it easy to remove if you have to? I don't think it'll be something I'll get because the basic, black color I have matches with my TV stand but I'm curious.
4 Wiimote+ with Nunchuks (a black a white a red and a blue, got em all refurbished)
2 Japanese Classic Controller Pros (a black and a white)
1 Japanese White Pro Controller
1 Charging dock which came with a separate stand for the Gamepad
2 3rd party wheels
Around two dozen rechargeable AAs
I just purchased a Y-cable so I can use a portable HDD with it (which I have had unopened like forever)
20ish Amiibo (kind of annoying how some of these unlock in-game content, considering how rare a lot of them are)
