When I press the power button on my WiiU, it takes 5 minutes to initialize and to show the accounts menu. The same happens when I try to access the console settings or when I leave some game and return to WiiU Menu.
I tried virify if have update of console, but i received the error 105-4235.

Hey congratulations on your new Wii U! Did you undergo the day 1 update on your system? The day 1 update is a 2GB update and I'm pretty sure without it your Wii U is going to perform badly.
The error you are receiving is probably trying to tell you that your Wii U is not connected to your WiFi properly. Search up that error in google and you should be able to find a fix. OR you can visit Nintendo's website and look for the error code and they should have a fix.

However I believe 4.0.2U is the most latest firmware...hmmm...I'm out of ideas..sorry.

Oh I have similar problem except I didn't get an error code. I unplug and I never have an problem except I have limited space so I have to buy a new one. (I using an ten years old hard drive that have an IDE instead of SATA so its bound to happened soon.)
have you tried turning it off, unplugging it for a minute or so, and then plugging it back in and turning it on again? did u recently download anything new or big? how much free space do u have? is your system overheating? try rebooting your wireless router as well.

Something happen with my connection because three days ago this work fine
I've had the same problem some weeks ago. It sorted itself out without me doing anything though. At least for the time being. No time to use my Wii U a lot recently.
It seems you already figured it out, but I was going to say, that long delay usually occurs when there's a connection problem. I had that happen on my old router, and my old router was OLD. Got a nice, new, powerful router, and no problems at all!
