Topic: Wii to Wii U transfer tool

I have been trying to connect my wii to the internet to get the transfer tool , but I cannot due to having an issue with wiiconnect24 due to it getting cancelled. Is it possible to download the transfer tool somewhere on the web and put it on an sd card, or do I need to connect to the internet on my wii? My wii was bought on the release date of the wii if that helps.

I never used the internet connection at any time on the Wii. IIRC, I got the transfer utility for the Wii from the Wii U itself.
